The fact that there was no private meeting of the presidents of Armenia and Russia at the CIS summit in Yalta cannot be considered as coolness of relations between the two countries. Press secretary of the Armenian president Ashot Kocharian said when answering journalists' questions in Yerevan today. In his words, it is incorrect to draw such conclusions "taking into account the thick schedule of presidents at such forums."
