Today Azeri foreign minister Vilayat Guliyev stated that the Armenian-Russian joint military training taken place in Armenia last week "negatively influence upon the stability in the South Caucasus". "It is natural that exercises of such character create extra problems in the process of Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, especially taking into consideration the fact that Russia is the co-chair of the OSCE Minsk group", - V. Guliyev noted. In his turn Azeri defense minister Safar Abiyev stated that "exercise conducted in the enemy country is directed against Azerbaijan".
