Today Azeri foreign minister Vilayat Guliyev stated that Armenian and Azeri external policy department heads with the participation of the co-chairmen of the OSCE Minsk group for Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement will meet in a "neutral territory" within the next 10-15 days. In the course of the meeting we will discuss co-chairmen's new ideas, the minister said. As reported by Mediamax agency, Armenia has not commented on Guliyev's statement yet. It should be noted that the recurrent meeting of the OSCE Minsk group co-chairmen is being held in Vienna today.
