Nagorno Karabakh President Arkady Ghukasian cannot arrive in Yerevan to meet with European Union special representative for the South Caucasus Heikki Talvitie. It should be reminded that the EU special envoy is scheduled to visit Armenia January 27-30. "Unfortunately, I cannot arrive in Yerevan on those days and I invited the EU representatives to Stepanakert. If they have the opportunity, I suppose they will visit Nagorno Karabakh," Arkady Ghukasian stated, Mediamax agency reported. It should be noted that Heikki Talvitie is in Azerbaijan at present.
