BAKU ATTACHES RESTORATION OF RAIL COMMUNICATION WITH ARMENIA TO LIBERATION OF SEIZED TERRITORIES
Baku supports the European Union proposal to restore rail communication with Armenia, laying down the condition of withdrawal of Armenian troops from five out of the seven Azeri regions seized, stated deputy foreign minister of Azerbaijan Araz Azimov, Interfax agency reported. "Of course, Azerbaijan would like this to happen peacefully, based on agreement," he said. At that Azimov stated that finally the fate of the proposal to restore the railway between Azerbaijan and Armenia would depend on two Presidents' attitude to it.
