Members of the OSCE mission for monitoring the contact line between the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan today visited a serviceman of the NKR defense army, who was wounded in January by a shot from the Azeri side and is now taking cure in a hospital. Today the OSCE mission held a recurrent monitoring of the contact line. From the Karabakh side personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office Andrzej Kasprzyk monitored the Mardakert strip. No breaks of the cease-fire regime were registered.
