ONE SHOULD NOT SHIFT KARABAKH PROBLEM SOLUTION INTO RUSSIA AND OSCE SHOULDERS, KREMLIN CONSIDERS
Russia is not going to return to the concepts of imperial domination, thus CIS countries should stop pinning hopes on their "elder brother," a source in the Administration of the Russian President, that wished to remain anonymous, told Echo Baku newspaper when commenting on the role of third parties in the Nagorno Karabakh settlement. According to the source, not the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, but conflicting parties themselves determine the process. In his words, one should not either expect certain proposals over solution of the problem in the course of the commenced visit of Azeri President Ilham Aliyev to Moscow. Rather, the leaders of the two states will exchange views over the issue, the source reported.
