The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) report over monitoring Armenia's fulfillment of its commitments to the CE was rather positive and laudatory. Head of the CE Committee of Ministers group for monitoring CE member states Pietro Ercole Ago told journalists this opinion in Yerevan. In this respect my report will not differ from that of the PACE much, the Italian diplomat said. It should be noted that the report of Pietro Ercole Ago on his visit to the South Caucasus will be presented to the CE in the spring.
