RA Ministry of Diaspora celebrates 100th anniversary of AGBU Marseille branch

PanARMENIAN.Net - On May 10, Armenia’s Colors exhibition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) Marseille branch was opened at the Artists’ Union of Armenia under the auspices of the RA Ministry of Diaspora.

The exhibition features 32 works by seven Armenian painters.

In her opening remarks, Armenian Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan stressed the importance of AGBU activity, specifically from 1914-1923, when lives of thousands of orphans were saved, the press service of the RA Ministry of Diaspora reported.
