Pushkin’s 211th birth anniversary marked in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - The 211th birth anniversary of outstanding Russian poet Alexander Pushkin was marked in Armenia on June 6.

The event held under the aegis of Rossotrudnichestvo office in Yerevan took place on the Pushkin pass near the monument which depicts Pushkin’s meeting with the bullock cart carrying the dead body of Alexander Griboyedov in Gar Gar village of Lori region of Armenia.
