As Minister of Culture Hasmik Poghosyan stated, 4 educational centres, allowing for restoration and preservation of cultural values will be created in Armenia. “This is an important task, as reconstruction of cultural monuments is a burning issue in Armenia,” she noted. As she said, creation of educational centers will allow for quality reconstruction and preservation of cultural values through local potential and usage of foreign experience.
