French ambassador to Armenia honored with Pedagogical University medalApril 4, 2011 - 16:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan State Pedagogical University (YSPU) hosted a ceremony dedicated to the launch of Francophonie Days in Armenia. As part of the ceremony, YSPU rector Ruben Mirzakhanyan awarded French Ambassador to Armenia Henri Reynaud with a University medal. “It is a great honor for me to receive this medal. I have a pedagogical background and lectured in a pedagogical university in France in the mean time,” said Reynaud. The events to be held in the framework of Francophonie Days are organized by the department of French language of University’s Faculty of Romano-Germanic Languages under the slogan “at the crossroad of two cultures.” Ambassador Henri Reynaud, rector of the French University in Armenia Joelle le Morzellec, students of the university participated in the opening ceremony.
