Today a soiree "To Armenian Friends" dedicated to the 15-th anniversary of the Armenian earthquake is taking place in the state philharmonic hall of Nizhni Novgorod Russian city.

Robert Kocharian signed today the decree on calling a special session of the National Assembly December 12.

11 out of 12 people, who suffered from the explosion are Russian citizens, and 1 is from China.

The agreement upon this was achieved in Stepanakert in March, during the visit of the French rescuers within the program for cooperation and exchange of experience.

In accordance with the bill an additional $5 million will be rendered as humanitarian assistance to Nagorno Karabakh.

Soiree called "Get acquainted: Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia" took place in Moscow.

The parties will discuss the issues of perfection of the cooperation on combating the global terrorism, the interaction in the sphere of providing economic security of Armenia and Russia.

The sitting of the CIS defense ministers with S. Sargsian's participation will be also held in Russia's capital city December 10.
