Baku has expressed distrust to the recent initiative of Russian energy group «United Power Systems» to synchronize the energetic systems of Russia and Iran through Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. The parliament of Azerbaijan even discusses the necessity to review the memorandum signed between the government of Azerbaijan and the management of «United Power Systems». This is reasoned by the reluctance of Azerbaijan to be in the same team with Armenians even if it is economically feasible.
