  Authorized capital of some Armenian companies to be reducedNovember 6, 2009 - 15:24 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian government allowed Atomenergoseismoproject CJSC, Ecoservice CJSC and Reception House CJSC to reduce their authorized capital. The decision was taken at government's session chaired by vice premier Armen Gevorgyan on November 6.The authorized capital will be cut through registered share cost reduction.
