Artsakh hydropower plant decides on extra emissionAugust 27, 2010 - 13:54 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Board of Directors of Artsakh hydropower plant approved a decision on allocating additionally 1,400,000 non-documentary ordinary nominal shares from shares authorized equivalent to AMD 1,400,000,000. The Board of Directors also approved the allocation terms of ordinary non-documentary nominal shares of Artsakh HEK OJSC, envisaging allocation of the shares through shareholders’ preemptive rights.
