  Ararat Ghukasyan appointed as Byblos Bank Armenia CEO September 2, 2010 - 17:31 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - In accordance with the Central Bank of Armenia board decree, Ararat Ghukasyan was appointed as a new CEO of Byblos Bank Armenia.
