  Russian stabilization loan mostly directed for earthquake zone rehabilitation October 6, 2010 - 18:12 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Minister of Finance Tigran Davtyan said that AMD 80bln out of AMD 185bln (USD 500mln) Russian stabilization loan were directed for construction works in the earthquake zone. Another AMD 27bln will be allocated for the earthquake zone rehabilitation in 2011, Davtyan told journalists on October 6. Besides, AMD 65bln from the Russian stabilization loan were directed for financing small and medium business through banks.
