NKR President: 2011 state budget deficit should not exceed 3% threshold

PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 8, President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan held a working meeting with members of the NKR National Assembly and government to discuss the 2011 state budget.

The Head of the State noted that the state budget should be balanced, realistic and maintain its social direction, underlining that the budget deficit should not exceed the 3% threshold.

At the same time, the President stressed the importance of target use of the budget means that would allow securing the necessary pace of the country’s development.

Speaker of the NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan, Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan and other officials partook in the meeting, the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President reported
