74.7thous. tons of bread produced in Armenia in January-March 2011

PanARMENIAN.Net - Bread production in Armenia totaled 74.7thous. tons in January-March 2011, remaining unchanged as compared with the same period in 2010.

At the same time, flour production increased by 22.9%, amounting to 37.2thous. tons, while confectionery production amounted to 2,494.5 tons that is 8.7% higher compared to January-March 2010, the RA National Statistical Service reported.

Production of macaroni products increased by 69.1%, reaching 849.7 tons in January-March 2011. During the same period, cereal production grew by 4.4 times, amounting to 180 tons.
