iPad sale suspended in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - iPad sale was suspended in Armenia.

“France Telecom is negotiating the product price with Apple Inc.,” Orange Armenia spokesperson Lilit Martirosyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

“We did not withdraw iPads. 20 samples which we imported to determine the demand for the product have been sold. Consequently, if there is nothing to sell anymore, advertisement is stopped as well,” she said, adding that the post-guarantee service is available for all iPads owners.

Orange Armenia announced the sale of iPads in late October 2010, presenting four models: iPad Wi-Fi 16GB (AMD 290 thousand), iPad Wi-Fi + 3G 16GB (AMD 365 thousand), iPad Wi-Fi + 3G 32GB (AMD 415 thousand) and Wi-Fi + 3G 64GB (AMD 470 thousand).
