VivaCell-MTS introduces HSPA+ network running at 21.6 Mbp/s in YerevanMarch 3, 2011 - 13:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - VivaCell-MTS has introduced the new MTS Connect Diamond enabling up to 14.4 Mbp/s download speed and MTS Connect E1820 wireless modem enabling up to 21.6 Mbp/s download speed. Modems are already available in VivaCell-MTS service centers. VivaCell-MTS is on track to deliver HSPA+ network in the regions of Armenia as well. “VivaCell-MTS’ commitment to deploying HSPA+ and LTE networks is to give opportunity to its customers enjoy a better mobile broadband experience. Today we introduced to the market two more USB modems to enable customers to take full advantage of VivaCell-MTS’ 3.5G network in Yerevan,” said VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian. VivaCell-MTS is expanding its 4G footprint as well in parallel to HSPA+ deployment.
