Visa pleased with its turnover in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia provided 49% turnover growth for Visa cards in trade network in late Q4 2011 against the same period in 2010, Visa Business Development Manager in Armenia, Georgia and Moldova Irina Kamkhadze said.

“The total turnover including POS-terminals rose by 41 per cent,” she told a press conference in Yerevan on April 3.

Currently Visa Company cooperates with 14 commercial banks in Armenia, and according to Kamkhadze, they are satisfied with the result of Armenian banks’ work which boosted their activities in trade networks.
