ALMA to host event in memory of genocide victims Apr 22

PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 22, the Armenian Library and Museum of America (ALMA) will commemorate not only the Armenian Genocide but also the Ukrainian Genocide, which occurred in the 1930's and resulted in millions of deaths, largely forgotten today, and the Great Hunger of the Irish people in the 1840's and the tremendous number of deaths, probably in the millions, resulting from the deliberate "Potato Famine".

The event will consist of brief talks on all three Genocides and a brief religious service by a Ukrainian priest and choir.
