  Employment official indicates lack of qualified staff and low salariesApril 18, 2012 - 13:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The State Employment Service Agency of Armenia (SESA) received claims for 1692 vacancies during March 2012. This number has increased by 29.2 per cent against the same period in 2011, Artak Simonyan, SESA deputy head told journalists on April 18. “851 of submitted vacancies refer to production workers, while 841 require clerical work. 353 vacancies were filled; 893 are still open,” Simonyan told a press conference. SESA representative explains this by lack of qualified staff, listing low salaries as second reason. According to Simonyan, doctors, accountants and nurses are among those in high demand now.
