Tbilisi hosts torchlight procession for Genocide victims

PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 23, Armenian community of Georgia organized a torchlight procession in commemoration of 97th anniversary of Genocide in Ottoman Empire.

Tbilisi’s Armenian youth marched to Turkish embassy, urging for justice through recognizing the Genocide.

The demonstrators called on Turkish authorities to come to terms with their past by honoring 1,5 million innocent victims.
