Four candidates will run for presidential elections scheduled for July 19. Current President Bako Sahakyan, MP Vitaly Balasanyan, deputy director of State Agricultural Academy’s Stepanakert branch Arkady Soghomonyan and former head of Karabakh parliament’s general department, currently unemployed Valery Khachatryan nominated themselves for the vote.
