  National Mortgage Company to place new bonds May 14, 2012 - 18:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On May 14, National Mortgage Company Universal Credit Organization CJSC emitted AMD 10 thous. registered bonds of AMD 100 thous. nominal value, with a maturity period of 6 months. The company’s bonds will be placed at NASDAQ OMX Armenia on June 7, 2012. “National Mortgage Company will forward the funds received from bond placement to refinancing of mortgage loans,” the company’s press service reported. Earlier, on November 24, National Mortgage Company Universal Credit Organization CJSC for the first time implemented placement of its short-term corporate nominal bonds at the amount of AMD 1 bln. with maturity period of six months.
