 Paper: Armenian President drunk at RPA meeting? May 18, 2012 - 13:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Haykakan Zhamanak daily, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan attended the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) executive body meeting in high spirits, “probably a little drunk.” The meeting, however, did not address issues related to formation of collation and government, with “uncertainty continuing to dominate in Armenian domestic policy,” the paper says.
