Paper: Armenian President drunk at RPA meeting?![]() May 18, 2012 - 13:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Haykakan Zhamanak daily, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan attended the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) executive body meeting in high spirits, “probably a little drunk.” The meeting, however, did not address issues related to formation of collation and government, with “uncertainty continuing to dominate in Armenian domestic policy,” the paper says. As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
