  CSTO ready to back Armenia in case Azerbaijan starts war May 21, 2012 - 14:31 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia is a full-fledged member of Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), the organization’s Secretary General said. “All CSTO members will extend appropriate assistance to Armenia in case of hostile actions against it,” Nikolay Bordyuzha told a press conference. The statement came as a response to Azeri journalist’s question as to the grounds Russia and CSTO member-states stand ready to back Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh in case Azerbaijan decides to resolve the conflict by the use of force. “This is a format.
