  SCR, Georgian Railway to increase containerized cargo volume June 5, 2012 - 11:24 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - At the initiative of Georgian railway, Yerevan hosted a meeting of representatives of South Caucasus Railway (SCR) CJSC and Georgian Railway on June 2. First deputy CEO Marat Khakov received the Georgian delegation headed by the CEO of Georgian Railway Irakli Ezugbaya. Issues related to container and container-refrigerator freight was in focus of the discussion. The Georgian representatives expressed willingness to develop cooperation, as well as to increase the volumes of container and container- refrigerator freight. The meeting continued with the representatives of partner companies of SCR Metexim, Transalians, Apaven in a informal setting. The parties agreed to hold a second meeting in Georgia.
