Armenian FM invited to BSEC meeting in Istanbul![]() June 7, 2012 - 14:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian has been invited to Turkey to participate in ministerial meeting of Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC), due in Istanbul on June 26, according to Zaman. As Foreign Ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, they will inform about Minister Nalbandian’s accepting the invitation, meetings and visits in Istanbul in the near future. In November, 2008, Edward Nalbandian paid a one-day visit to Istanbul as the then chairman of BSEC. The then Foreign Minister of Turkey Ali Babacan, in turn, participated in BSEC ministerial meeting, held in Yerevan in 2009. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
