Prosperous Armenia conditions it by Tsarukyan’s being RA National Security Council member. Sources say, the party head will retain membership of both National Olympic Committee of Armenia (ARMNOC) and Security Council. In contrast to ARF Dashnaktutyun, which will announce its being opposition at parliament sitting on June 20, Prosperous Armenia won’t issue such a statement, the paper says.
