Yerevan hosts conference on professional education prospects in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - On June 20, German partnerships international company organized a conference tilted “Professional education prospects in Armenia.”

The outcomes of the program implemented in the field of professional education and e-learning were discussed at the event.

German ambassador to Armenia Hans-Jochen Schmidt noted that the program and the conference aimed to resolve the problem of employment through development of the secondary special education.

“Employment problem in Germany is resolved on basis of two principles: focusing on the theoretical and practical parts. This enables professionals to make further use of the knowledge in practice,” he said.

The conference brought together representatives from ministries, international organizations and educational institutions which are due to share their ideas on the issue.

The program is funded by Germany’s Foreign Ministry, with InWent organization coordinator on Armenian side.
