President Sargsyan “blacklisted” Ex-Minister Vardanyan – paper

PanARMENIAN.Net - President Serzh Sargsyan has “blacklisted” former Minister of Transport, Orinats Yerkir party representative Manuk Vardanyan, Zhoghovurd daily said citing well-informed sources.

“While on his post as a Minister, Vardanyan failed North-South highway construction program, having misappropriated part of the funding, which caused problems in receiving further foreign financing.”

“This is the reason President Sargsyan didn’t accept him into the government or allow him to have a deputy mandate.”

“The daily failed to get comments from Vardanyan, while people in his inner circle informed that the ex-minister is at present outside of Armenia,” the paper said.
