  Stepan Safaryan says single opposition candidate at by-elections possible – paper July 17, 2012 - 17:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Former Heritage MP Stepan Safaryan believes the opposition’s nominating him as a single candidate for Avan’s 1st electoral district at parliamentary by-elections to be possible, 168 Zham daily said.According to the daily, Safaryan’s remarks might be addressed to Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc.
