Ex-RI Attorney in Artsakh to monitor presidential election

PanARMENIAN.Net - Former Rhode Island Attorney General Patrick C. Lynch is in Artsakh to serve as an election monitor for the presidential polls held on July 19 in the republic, the Armenian Weekly reported.

“I congratulate the government of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic for their commitment to a transparent and fair election. I look forward to participating in this democratic process,” Lynch said before his departure to Artsakh.
