 Gyumri Mayor resigns RPA provincial structure head’s post July 21, 2012 - 18:51 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan has resigned the post of Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) provincial structure head. According to shirakcentre.org, Shirak provice administration education department head Sahak Minasyan assumed the post. The meeting was chaired by RPA deputy president Hovik Abrahamyan. Vahan Hovhannisyan voiced hope that the ruling authorities acknowledge the difficulties Armenia currently faces.
