Armenian President offers condolences to his Iranian counterpart

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan sent a condolence letter to his Iranian counterpart Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on the occasion of August 11 disastrous earthquake.

“Your Excellency,

“I learned with profound pain about the powerful earthquake that claimed hundreds of victims, injuries and destructions.

I express my sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims and to the friendly people of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

At this difficult moment, we stand ready to extend the necessary assistance to overcome the consequences of the tragedy.”
