 Baku blacklists foreign astronauts over Karabakh visit September 18, 2012 - 21:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan plans to blacklist more of those who’ve visited the Nagorno Karabakh Republic. Baku will announce astronauts Charles Moss Duke (U.S) and Claude Nicollier (Switzerland) as personae non grate for visiting an Artsakh-hosted “Man & Space” scientific conference and meeting NKR President Bako Sahakyan.
