Azerbaijan spreads anti-Armenian propaganda at Tokyo event

PanARMENIAN.Net - During the JATA International Tourism Forum, taking place between Sept 20 and 23 in Tokyo, Japan, the Azerbaijani delegation attempted to distribute a large amount of materials of anti-Armenian propaganda amongst the participants and visitors, according to a press release of the National Competitiveness Foundation of Armenia.

The NCFA delegation requested the exhibition organizers to address the Azeri provocative actions and withdraw the offensive materials, what was immediately done.

The efforts of Azerbaijan, which has a habit of using international tourism platforms for spreading of anti-Armenian propaganda, were once again nipped in the bud, the NCFA said.

Just a few days ago, the Armenia and Artsakh booth at the Top Resa 2012 International Travel Market suffered damage which was especially targeted at NKR posters.

The Azerbaijani side had complained about the participation of Artsakh at the exhibition. However, the booth was entirely restored to its previous condition and the whole information on NKR was widely accessible.
