Ukraine sets Karabakh issue as priority after assuming 2013 OSCE Chairmanship

PanARMENIAN.Net - Conflict prevention at an early stage will be a priory for Ukraine after it assumes 2013 OSCE chairmanship, Ukrainian President said.

“We will boost OSCE activity targeting conflict prevention and post-conflict reconstruction. We will focus on Transnistrian settlement, contribute to Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution, as well as Geneva discussions on security and stability in the South Caucasus,” Viktor Yanukovych said.

“Ukraine will take efforts towards countering new threats and security challenges, particularly those in the energy sector,” he said, RIA Novosti reported.
