Davit Harutyunyan represented the Armenian side, with Samad Seyidov heading Azerbaijani delegation at the meeting, chaired by PACE President Jean-Claude Mignon. However, the parties declined to divulge the issues on agenda. The meeting was organized at the initiative of PACE head, following Seyidov’s proposal to hold discussion of Nagorno Karabakh issue at PACE meeting, Azeri Press Agency (APA) reported.
