  PACE Armenian delegation composition to change – paper October 10, 2012 - 13:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Zhoghovurd daily, though Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) member Naira Karapetyan denied the rumors suggesting she’ll replace parliament vice speaker Hermine Naghdalyan as a member of Armenian delegation to PACE, recent reports proved the fact. As Hermine Naghdalyan stated at a parliament-hosted news conference, she won’t be joining PACE delegation, for lack of a precedent for a vice speaker to be included into a delegation. “However, back in 2003-2008, then vice speaker and later, speaker Tigran Torosyan was included into Armenian delegation to further become its head,” the paper said. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
