As Armenian Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisyan noted, the company’s assets dropped to AMD 32 mln. over non-fulfillment of economic activities. Under the RA law “on joint-stock companies”, the government resolved to reduce the company’s authorized capital that previously totaled AMD 60 mln. Metsamor Energo Atom CJSC was established in 2010 as a customer of the construction of Armenia’s new nuclear power unit.
