  NSC Secretary leaving for working visit to China October 22, 2012 - 15:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Security Council (NSC) Secretary Artur Baghdasaryan will be in China on a working visit from Oct 22 to 26. Meetings with Minister of Public Security Meng Jianzhu, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Cheng Guoping and other Chinese officials are on the agenda. Mr. Baghdasaryan, along with Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Nikolay Bordyuzha will participate in a conference initiated by The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and CSTO.
