Google to unveil LG Nexus 4 at next week’s Android event

PanARMENIAN.Net - The LG Nexus 4 smartphone will be unveiled at next week's Android event, it has been confirmed, according to Digital Spy.

Amit Gujral, head of mobile with LG, revealed that the Google-branded device will be unwrapped at the New York press conference on October 29.

"Google will unveil the LG Nexus on October 29 and the phone will be available in the Indian markets by the end of November," he told IBNLive.

The Nexus 4 is expected to feature a 4.7-inch 1280x768 display, quad-core 1.5 GHz Qualcomm APQ8064 Snapdragon processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, an 8-megapixel rear camera and 2100mAh battery.

Google has also been tipped to unveil a refreshed model of the Nexus 7 offering HSPA+ 3G connectivity and 32GB of storage space.

A new Nexus-branded tablet with a 10-inch screen developed by Samsung is rumoured to be headlining the event.
