At news conference in Yerevan, Karen Bekaryan dubbed the conflicts and the self-determination issues in Scotland, Italy, Spain and Belgium as “independence parade.” As the expert said, the examples above prompt it’s time for a peaceful settlement of conflicts, with international situation seeing drastic changes compared to what was happening 5 years ago. In this context, the expert urged to make a good use of current situation.
