  Expert: time has come for peaceful settlement conflicts October 25, 2012 - 16:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Events occurring in Central Europe are favorable for the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, according to the head of European Integration NGO. At news conference in Yerevan, Karen Bekaryan dubbed the conflicts and the self-determination issues in Scotland, Italy, Spain and Belgium as “independence parade.” As the expert said, the examples above prompt it’s time for a peaceful settlement of conflicts, with international situation seeing drastic changes compared to what was happening 5 years ago. In this context, the expert urged to make a good use of current situation.
