Ex-PM refuses to comment on ANC member’s remarks![]() November 2, 2012 - 17:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Former prime minister, Armenian National Congress (ANC) parliamentary group member Hrant Bagratyan has refused to comment on other politicians’ statements. “First I don’t comment on politicians’ remarks; second I never speak about a political force that declared itself opposition,” he told a news conference, when asked to comment on ANC member David Shahnazaryan’s statement, claiming the bloc ceased existence as a separate force.
