  National Mortgage Company refinances 123 loans in October November 6, 2012 - 16:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - National Mortgage Company refinancing credit organization CJSC refinanced 123 mortgage credits totaling AMD 1,04 bln in October 2012. According to the company’s press service, 81 credits amounting to AMD 804,3 mln were refinanced in Yerevan, with 42 credits grossing AMD 231,3 mln refinanced in Armenian provinces. As of October 31, the total number of the loans refinanced by National Mortgage Company grossed 3077, amounting to AMD 23,1 bln.
